BJBJ -500 mixer is dual-shaft, tipping discharge machine. It comprises rack, hydraulic system, electric cabinet, mixing paddles components, hopper lid, mixing hopper, dynamic and transmission components etc. It is completely made of high quality stainless steel. The mechanical transmission structure is complex and tipping discharge need large load, so it adopts hydraulic drive. It is very nice for processing meat particles and meat lump.

can mix all kinds of materials evenly because of special designed paddle and screws. This machine can be not only used for meat processing industry but also for other food processing industries like chocolate,bean products, additive and etc. 

It is equipped with time setting function for moving forward, backward or pauses. Nitrogen-filled and heating etc could also be added.

It According to customers’ requirements, it can be assembled with cooling structure to satisfy mixing processing of grinded meat.
